Fern – Curiosity, Creativity & Beyond

Let’s hike to the Burgess Shale and sketch a fossilized fern! This video was recorded live to celebrate 2021 Fossil Day, so you will not be able to send questions. But you will still have fun! Many thanks to Yoho National Park, the Richmond Nature Park and the Pacific Museum of Earth.

    - Colour pencils or crayons
    - Sharpener
    - Eraser
    - Paper
    - Disclaimer! I made my “fossil” out of clay. The real fossil was loaned by the Pacific Museum of Earth.
